Principals:
James Chapman - Founded Chapman LLC in February of 2005.  Responsible for identifying potential properties, evaluating risk and return profiles, negotiating contract terms, securing financings, and managing relationships with existing customers and  tenants.

Becky Tankersley - Joined Chapman LLC in March  of 2005.  Responsible for project selection, design, development and day to day operations.
